Thermal Management Connector

The Thermal Management Connector connects pipes in a heat pump system. We make it from 3003 or 6063 aluminum. 3003 aluminum offers good corrosion resistance, while 6063 aluminum provides excellent extrusion formability. We use cold extrusion to achieve tight dimensional tolerances. The sealing groove is formed in one step, with no burrs at the bottom. This design helps ensure a reliable O-ring seal. Our product is suitable for electric vehicle thermal management systems. The smooth internal surface also helps reduce pressure loss in the circuit.

We produce a wide range of connector styles, including complex shapes. Our multi-axis machining centers can process curved flow paths. Each connector undergoes a leak test after machining. We pressurize the connector to 2 MPa and hold the pressure for one minute. No pressure drop indicates that there are no detectable leaks. Our Thermal Management Connector passes this test before shipment. We also perform burst testing on sample pieces. The burst pressure is well above the normal operating pressure, providing an additional safety margin.
