Our bump stopper is typically a hollow cylinder, and its inner hole can hold a rubber bushing. We cut the steel with a laser to create smooth, burr-free edges. Then we roll and weld it. Every weld on our product undergoes 100% magnetic particle testing.

Our welding team holds valid certificates, and our welding parameters meet German standards. We offer zinc-nickel plating or electrophoretic coating. The electrophoretic finish is suitable for humid environments. Zinc-nickel plating provides better protection in salty coastal areas. You can choose the option that matches your working conditions. We follow IATF 16949 supplier requirements and source steel coils from Baosteel or equivalent brands. Each steel batch comes with a material certificate for full traceability.
