Shock Absorber Cartridge

The Shock Absorber Cartridge transfers piston force through the shock absorber assembly. We machine it from 6061, 6082, or 6013 aluminum bars. These materials provide good yield strength and support reliable performance under repeated loads. We use a precision cold-drawing process to maintain the cartridge's straightness. The straightness tolerance is within 1 mm per meter. This helps the product move smoothly inside the tube and reduces uneven wear during operation.

Our factory has been producing these parts since 2008. Our technical team has more than five years of hands-on machining experience. We use Headwell CNC lathes to machine inner diameters from 12 mm to 22 mm and outer diameters from 40 mm to 65 mm. We test the hardness of every production batch, with results maintained between 95 and 105 HB. We record each production step under the IATF 16949 quality management system to ensure full traceability. If you require special chamfer angles or surface finishes, our team can adjust the machining process according to your drawings and requirements.

We accept OEM and ODM orders. You only need to provide your drawings, and we can handle the process from prototyping to mass production. Sample lead time depends on the part design and production requirements. You are also welcome to inspect the goods at our factory before paying the balance. Our Shock Absorber Cartridge has been shipped to customers in Poland and Japan. We offer black oxide and Dacromet coatings for additional corrosion protection. Every batch undergoes 100% inspection to help prevent dimensional problems such as oversized or undersized parts.
