Shock Absorber Mounting Bracket

The Shock Absorber Mounting Bracket secures the shock absorber assembly to the vehicle body. We make it from QT450-10 ductile iron or ZG270-500 cast steel. Both materials provide tensile strength above 450 MPa. We use resin sand casting to achieve a smooth surface and stable dimensions. Bolt hole spacing and hole diameter can be customized to match your design. This product provides a firm and durable connection for the shock absorber assembly.

Our technical team manages the complete production process. We anneal the castings to relieve internal stress. We then apply an electrophoretic coating with a thickness of at least 20 microns. The coating passes a 480-hour salt spray test. We also check the metallurgical structure of each production batch. For QT450-10 ductile iron, we maintain a nodularity level of at least 85%. Our in-house laboratory can also perform material composition tests to verify the required chemical composition.
