Chassis Mounting Tabs

The Chassis Mounting Tabs are small parts welded onto chassis frame tubes. They provide additional attachment points for other components. We offer both standard and custom sizes. The tabs are available in L-shape, T-shape, and flat plate designs. We stamp them from steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 8 mm. We select the thickness based on the required load. After stamping, our product go through a deburring process to remove sharp edges.

Our tool room builds and maintains all stamping dies in-house. We can repair a die within two days when needed. Our inspectors check the positions of the mounting holes, and the position tolerance stays within ±0.2 mm. We offer zinc-nickel plating for corrosion protection after welding. We can also supply the tabs uncoated if you plan to paint the complete assembly later. We can recommend the most suitable finish based on how the Chassis Mounting Tabs will be used.

We offer free samples in some cases, while the freight cost is covered by the customer. We also accept small trial orders so you can verify the fit before placing a larger order. We manage our subcontractors closely and work only with approved partners. We inspect all incoming parts supplied by them.
