Chassis Support Bracket

The Chassis Support Bracket is designed to carry lateral forces generated by the suspension system during cornering and rough-road driving. We produce this bracket from QT450-10 ductile iron or ZG270-500 cast steel. Both materials have a high yield-to-tensile strength ratio, which allows them to deform significantly before fracture. This property provides an important safety margin under extreme loads. Our sand casting process is well suited for larger brackets with complex geometries. We carefully design the gating system to reduce shrinkage porosity, which can weaken castings under cyclic loading. We also use casting simulation software to analyze mold filling before production. This step allows us to optimize the product design before physical trial production.

Our tool room is equipped with machining centers, allowing us to build and repair molds in-house. This capability reduces the time needed for mold modifications and replacements. After casting, we clean each bracket with an automatic shot blasting machine. The uniform surface created by shot blasting improves the adhesion of the electrophoretic coating applied afterward. We follow IATF 16949 requirements and perform a thorough first-article inspection for every new tool. We release the Chassis Support Bracket for mass production only after the first article passes all dimensional and material tests. We keep inspection records for each tool number so you can request them for audit purposes.

During your visit, you can observe the entire production process, from melting and pouring to heat treatment and final coating, all under one roof. We also provide installation training through video demonstrations that your workshop staff can review at their own pace.
