Vibration-Absorbing Support for Powertrains
The Suspension Mounting Bracket connects the powertrain to the subframe. It supports the engine and transmission. We use QT450-10 or ZG270-500 castings for these brackets. Both materials have good damping properties and can effectively absorb engine vibration. We use resin sand molding to achieve clear edges and a consistent surface. We then mill the mounting face to a flatness of 0.05 mm for our product.
Balance Testing and Coating Prep
We use dynamic balancing equipment to check the center of mass. Any imbalance could cause additional vibration during operation. Our engineers calculate the weight distribution and adjust the rib thickness when necessary. We apply electrophoretic coating after acid washing and phosphating. These pretreatment steps help the coating bond firmly to the surface of your Suspension Mounting Bracket.
